“The Recess Club” Launch West Bloomfield: A Free Community for Women to Move, Connect, and Reset!

Wellness advocate and fitness instructor Melissa Coulier is inviting women across Michigan and beyond to reclaim something they didn’t know they were missing: recess.

Founded on the belief that “we never grow out of the need for a reset—we just stop giving ourselves permission to take one,” The Recess Club is a free community built around one powerful idea: adults need recess, too, especially women.

Designed for entrepreneurs, wellness-curious women, and anyone seeking authentic connection without the price tag of a formal event, The Recess Club offers regular free meetups in nature.
