Noquemanon Ski Marathon

The Noquemanon Ski Marathon has been described by some as “the most beautiful trail I have ever skied on,” by others as “never dull,” and by a few as “deceptively tough.” It’s fair to say that the Noquemanon trail has many faces, ranging from gently rolling hills and flat lake crossings to testing climbs and plenty of downhills. One thing, however, remains prevalent throughout the entire trail: the beautifully rugged wilderness of Michigan's Upper Peninsula that surrounds skiers throughout the course. The Noquemanon is one of the largest point to point ski marathons in America and is a premier rugged and remote ski marathon experience.

• The full marathon and youth races are set to start in Ishpeming at the Al Quaal Recreation Area.
• Catch the half marathon at the County Road 510 Trailhead.
• 12K racers begin at the Forestville Trailhead.
• Races finish at the Northern Michigan University Superior Dome.
