Outdoor Adventure Center - Wheel Talk: The Stories That Drove the Motor City

Start your engines! Join the OAC team and local partners to celebrate the automobile heritage of the Motor City. We'll discover the people and ideas that put the world on wheels, and why Michigan was especially suited to drive the automobile industry.

• Get a hands-on experience with a custom-built rock crawler and Razor off-road riding vehicle and view a custom Jeep Gladiator.
• Gain experience in automotive design and theory with professional designers, answering the question, what does the park ranger of the future need to do their job?
• Discover the impact of automobile pollution on the Detroit River.
• Earn a Junior Ranger badge with the Motor Cities National Heritage Area.
