DINNER ONLY OPTION AVAILABLE
A candlelit evening of movement, nourishment, and connection
Flow with us on the mat, gather with us at the table—or do both.
Prana & Plate is a thoughtfully curated evening that brings together mindful movement and Indian-inspired cuisine, honoring nourishment of both body and spirit. The experience begins with a 50-minute candlelit Ashtanga yoga practice led by Jessica DeVault, designed to ground the body, steady the breath, and prepare the senses for the meal to come.
Following yoga, guests are invited to gather at the table for a warming winter dinner prepared by Chef Kaytie.
Indian cuisine is a sensory tapestry—fragrant, vibrant, and layered. From slow-simmered curries to freshly baked breads and delicately spiced vegetables, each dish unfolds gradually, inviting exploration through aroma, taste, and texture. Spices are used with intention, creating depth without excess and warmth without heaviness.
This is an evening meant to be savored slowly: moving with awareness, eating with presence, and sharing space in community.
