Bike from Detroit to Canada—and discover the Windsor you might not find on your own.
Bike to Canada! Hidden Windsor Bike Tour is a small-group international cycling experience beginning in Detroit and crossing the Gordie Howe International Bridge into Windsor, Ontario.
This approximately 19-mile adventure takes the path less traveled through Windsor, combining beautiful riverfront views, colorful street art, interesting architecture, neighborhoods, hidden corners and unexpected discoveries along the way.
This isn’t a race or a high-speed group ride. Riders travel at a comfortable social pace with time to slow down, take photographs, explore and enjoy the journey. The experience also includes a stop for brunch and coffee at a cozy Japanese-inspired café before continuing the adventure and returning to Detroit.
Part of the fun is not knowing everything you’ll discover along the way. The route is intentionally curated to introduce riders to places and details they might otherwise pass right by.
Participants should be comfortable cycling approximately 19 miles and riding on city streets. Riders must bring a roadworthy bicycle, helmet, water and the required documentation for entry into Canada and re-entry into the United States. A two-way radio is provided to each participant for use during the ride.
Come curious. We’ll take the path less traveled.
