Since 2006, our Estate Chef, John Korycki, has traveled to Italy each year, leading small groups on culinary adventures through his company, Chef JK Travels. During these trips, he has discovered numerous culinary inspirations and traditions that he is excited to share with you.
Tickets are available with or without wine pairings.
Meet our Chef!
Chef John Korycki is a distinguished culinary professional with a strong background in Italian cuisine. He joined Black Star Farms as the Estate Chef in the spring of 2023. He oversees the entire food service department, including the Inn's culinary services, Bistro Polaris, wine-paired dining experiences, and on-site catering for special events. His extensive knowledge and passion for farm-to-table dining are reflected in the diverse and flavorful menus he creates for guests.
