Blown Globe & Icicle Glassmaking Workshop at epiphany studios
Add a little sparkle to the season with a hands-on glassmaking experience at epiphany studios! During this festive workshop, you'll discover the art of working with molten glass as you create a colorful, one-of-a-kind glass keepsake with guidance from professional studio artists.
The experience begins with a demonstration of the glassmaking process, an introduction to the tools and important safety guidelines. Then, choose your favorite colors from a wide selection before taking your turn at the glassmaking bench.
You'll hold the steel rod, turn the glass and use specialized artisan tools to help shape your creation, watching molten glass transform from liquid to solid right before your eyes.
Advance registration is encouraged.
