George Birge brings his modern country songwriting to District 142, following a breakout as one half of Austin duo Waterloo Revival and a solo run that produced two 2024 country radio No. 1s: “Mind On You” and “Cowboy Songs.” His playful “Beer Beer, Truck Truck” first introduced many listeners to his sharp, self-aware take on country clichés; the chart-topping singles show a more romantic side. Birge is also a co-writer whose work turns familiar country themes into detailed, hook-driven stories.
