Michigan Adventure Race: Owasippe

Gather your team and get ready to experience classic northern Michigan terrain by bike, canoe/kayak and foot, without having to drive “up north,” searching for checkpoints with a map (and sometimes a compass – we can quickly teach you how). The race takes place just 20 minutes north of Muskegon and less than one hour from Grand Rapids. The 5-hour race is perfect for beginners and families – beginner mountain biking, orienteering and paddling. The 8-hour has more challenging orienteering and mountain biking. The entire race stays on the scout reservation. We celebrate the day with pizza, fruit, awards and a raffle.
