Join us for the artist talks and reception on Friday, October 9, 5-7:30 pm. Musical performance at 6:45 pm.
Nina Rizzo and Kevin Wixted bring the faraway nearby in paintings that begin as observations. The specificity and intimacy of time spent in nature are evident, yet altered by the perceptual distance memory creates. The paintings describe what it feels like to carry a place with us.
