Second Annual NCT Kayaking & Hiking Adventure | August 27–29, 2027 West Michigan Kayaking Club 

Wild Rivers. Rugged Trails. Real Adventure.  Get ready for three days of hiking, kayaking, camping, and backcountry adventure in Northern Michigan. The Second Annual NCT Kayaking & Hiking Adventure combines approximately 10–11 miles of hiking on the Fife Lake section of the North Country Trail, an approximately 10-mile paddle on the Manistee River, and an approximately 18-mile paddle on the Boardman River. This is more than a weekend on the water. It is a true Northern Michigan adventure combining forest trails, camping, moving water, and miles of some of the most beautiful country in the state. Participants can complete the full three-day expedition, join us for the Saturday Manistee River paddle, or participate in the Sunday Boardman River paddle.
