Static Dress pair the jagged intensity of early-2000s post-hardcore with a larger creative world that extends beyond the songs. The British band broke through with their 2022 debut, Rouge Carpet Disaster, and built an interconnected story through the comic-book soundtrack Prologue.... Their Detroit stop is part of the Injury Episode USA Tour, centered on their 2026 album Injury Episode, which includes “Nostalgia Kills,” featuring post-hardcore veterans Underoath, and “human props.” I Promised the World, Car Underwater and Sherane are also on the bill.
