Summer Solstice Forest Therapy Walk

Slow down and experience the summer solstice at Turtle Woods County Park as we awaken our senses and celebrate the peak of the year's light through this guided nature therapy walk. Together we'll celebrate the summer solstice, the longest night of the year as we nurture our well-being and experience the physical and mental health benefits of forest bathing. Forest therapy is a slow restorative walk in a natural setting that follows a special sequence of elements.
