The Experience
Amuse Bouche
Cold-cured foie gras, grilled brioche, orange pepper shallot jam
Paired with Wheatley Cocktail
Wheatley Vodka, distilled from the same commitment to grain selection and craftsmanship that defines the distillerys bourbon portfolio.
1st Course
Aged cheddar & smoked gouda börek, frisée salad, cantaloupe gastrique, toasted cantaloupe seeds
Paired with Weller Special Reserve
Well start with the foundation: soft wheat, gentle sweetness, and an approachable proof that showcases the character of wheated bourbon in its purest form.
2nd Course
Duo of duck, grilled breast, braised duck ravioli, pancetta, dried cherry, cardamom brown butter
Paired with Weller Special Reserve
Next, we add time. Twelve years in oak transform that same wheated profile into something deeper, richer, and more elegant.
3rd Course
Harissa-rubbed prime New York strip, bone marrow, grilled escarole, chive potato purée, Negroni vinaigrette
Paired with Weller 12-Year
A similar age, but a different barrel selection and blending philosophy. This pour offers a taste of the approach that has made Van Winkle one of the most sought-after names in American whiskey.
Dessert
Orange bitters bread pudding, butterscotch, honey-roasted cashew butter, butter pecan ice cream
Paired with Weller Full Proof
Well finish with the wheated mash bill at full strength, with minimal dilution for concentrated flavors that showcase the power and depth hidden within the same grain recipe.
Seating is limited. Reserve your spot today and raise a glass to great bourbon, exceptional food, and an evening worth savoring.
