Winter Solstice Forest Therapy Walk

Come celebrate the advent of winter with the restorative practice of forest bathing. On Decembr 20th, 1-3 pm, we'll mark the longest night of the year and celebrate the return of the light as we slow down and experience the sights, smells, and sounds of the forest on the winter solstice. Let nature nuture you as you enjoy the pleasures of being fully present in the winter woods.

Preregistration is required through Oakland County Parks. Open an account and register for this session here: https://mioaklandctyweb.myvscloud.com/webtrac/web/iteminfo.html?Module=AR&FMID=942926490
