This prestigious national recognition underscores Michigan's standing as a world-class culinary destination, fueled by the state's vast agricultural diversity and innovative culinary talent.

This year’s semifinalists represent a wide array of cuisines and regions—from global cuisine in Detroit to seasonal flavors along the Lake Michigan shoreline —showcasing how local ingredients and diverse cultural influences are raising Michigan’s culinary reputation.
