The Boathouse is set on a spacious, well groomed lot overlooking the active Lake Macatawa Harbor, with the sandy beaches of Lake Michigan a Lazy walk away. A wrap around deck and screened in porch allow the luxury of enjoying the ever-changing views of this waterfront resort. For the Boater, there is a 125 foot, two sided dock with power and water. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Five bedrooms on the second floor provide a single bed, three queen size, and two double. In addition, there are bunk beds on the first floor. Other features include 2.5 bathes with all linens and towels; two cable TV's; a washer and dryer; central air conditioning and an outside gas grill off the kitchen. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed. The Maximum Occupancy is 14 people.
