This house is on the Chain-Of-Lakes including Sand Lake, Icehouse Lake, Boathouse Lake, Townline Lake and Haven Lake. Beautiful views of the water can be enjoyed from your private dock, the fire ring in the back lawn, the spacious wrap around deck, or the large windows providing a view from inside. An open concept kitchen, dining, and living area face the water, and open onto the deck. You can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace with the flip of a switch in the cooler months, or capture the summer breeze off the water in the warmer months. Fishing, both winter and summer, is a popular sport, with access to five lakes right out your door. A boat launch is on your way to the property, just a short way down the street. Two kayaks, and a paddle boat are available for you to use, and 4 life vests are provided. Basic summer fishing equipment is also available, along with yard games and a couple of bicycles. Grill out, relax on the deck, and go for a swim. The house is 2 bedroom, 1 bath. There's a queen bed in one room, and a bunk with queen on bottom and twin on top in the other. An air mattress is available for additional sleeping space. Linens, blankets, towels, kitchenware, and laundry facilities are provided.
