The Twin Lakes Nature trail is nestled in the Twin Lakes State Park in the Upper Peninsula. The trail is 1.5 miles long and includes several scenic overlooks of Lake Superior on days with clear skies. The trail accompanies a 175-acre campground on the southwest shore of Lake Roland as well as a day-use area with a large beach, fishing areas, and picnic space. Experience the beauty of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula when you set foot on the Twin Lakes Nature Trail. Hiking and cross-country skiing are both permitted on the trail.
