Harmony Health Foods

Harmony Health Foods is a family owned natural grocery store located in downtown Sault Sainte Marie, MI. It offers a variety of grocery items including bulk foods, frozen and refrigerated, spices, tea, coffee and more. Most of our frozen meat, fish, fruit and vegetables is Michigan grown or produced and picked up directly from the farm or manufacturer. The motto is "Eat Well, Be Well" and the products offered always support it. The staff spends a lot of time talking with farmers and manufacturers in order to understand their products like how they are grown or produced.
