The 9th Annual Grand Rapids Asian-Pacific Festival is a vibrant celebration of Asian and Pacific Islander cultures. This year’s event features three days of captivating performances and activities, including live music, traditional dances, martial arts demonstrations, art exhibitions, craft showcases, fashion shows, cultural parades, children’s activities, and interactive games and workshops. Visitors can also enjoy a wide variety of delicious and authentic Asian-Pacific cuisines and shop for merchandise showcasing the region’s rich cultures.
Don’t miss the K-Pop Cover Dance Competition on June 13 and singer-songwriter Voy Kwan in concert June 14. Like the festival itself, they’re both free to attend!
The festival is hosted by each year by the Grand Rapids Asian-Pacific Foundation (GRAPF), which works to bring cultural awareness and resources to support local Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) talent and businesses.
