Alpenfest is one of Gaylord's biggest celebrations of the year. For an entire week, Downtown Gaylord fills with live music, carnival rides, parades, contests, great food and traditions you won't find anywhere else. Inspired by Gaylord's Alpine Village theme, the festival features unique events including Burning of the Boogg, the World's Largest Coffee Break, stone throwing, the Alpenfest Grand Parade and so much more.
