Not worth your money
Save your time and money. Customer service was horrible. Our room wasn't ready 3 hrs after check in. Then gave us a lesser room than we paid for. Bathroom in room was dirty. TV didn't work...

Great stay!
Excellent staff, clean room, everything felt fresh clean and updated! Staff are friendly and jovial! Clean sheets and bed, room was spacious and pleasant

Not fully handicap room
The bathroom was not totally handicap, we had a person in a wheelchair and she was on able to wheel into the shower, so she had to do a sponge bath.

Overall great stay
Had a very enjoyable stay at this Hyatt. The room was nice, clean and roomy. I enjoyed my stay and do look forward to my next trip to Detroit, I will request staying at this same location.
