Good option in downtown Grand Rapids
Newer hotel, nice and clean and spacious. Odd interaction with staff but overall, a good stay. Parking is a bit weird, but once you figure it out, it's OK

Check in was easy. My room was clean and the breakfast was great. The employees that I met were friendly, courteous and were smiling.

Clean hotel that is super convenient for the Van Andel arena. There is a bar that sells a few food options. Cost of stay adds up because I had to pay for parking and breakfast and I didn't realize...
