The Historic River Raisin runs into Lake Erie and home to the River Raisin Jazz Festival attracting over 40,000 music lovers each year in August.The River Raisin Battlefield, the site of the War of 1812, the largest conflict ever fought on Michigan soil, is being studied for inclusion in the National Parks System.
