WHY BOTHER TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
On August 1st I made a reservation for a handicapped room for the night of August 24th. It was confirmed. I received an email to that effect and thought I was all set.

Rusty, Dusty and NOT a Musty!
The Bay Valley Resort appears to be a gem of the past. Its bones speak of grand parties; dining and dancing.

Truly not great experience
The front desk never seems to have someone at it after 6pm and before 12pm. They do not offer breakfast can’t even find a coffee pot. The rooms do not have microwaves or a fridge. The beds are old...

No wi-fi in our wing where our room was assigned.
The room was clean; way in the back with lots of steps. If you are disabled in any way this place is not for you. You should tell the front desk when booking, maybe there is a close room for you...
