Seven Ponds Nature Center, a non-profit organization, is a nature sanctuary, environmental education center and a peaceful retreat. Seven Ponds is the perfect place for a school class studying the environment or an individual exploring the natural world. The nature center offers a variety of programs for many different groups like; schools, scouts, special interest groups, groups and senior citizens. The nature center has almost 500 acres, that includes glacial lakes, tall grass prairie, wetlands, old growth forest, and a beautiful interpretive building, for the casual visitor to explore. Seven Ponds' beauty and diversity provide a wonderful, undisturbed setting for those seeking serenity.

Outstanding Nature Center for all the love the Wild
I go to seven Ponds for the bee club meetings on the first Tuesday of every mounth and find its location and the effort by the staff to be outstanding. This is a jem of northern Macomb Co.
