Barothy Lodge

Barothy Lodge is a year-round retreat on 320 wilderness acres. Our fifteen private lodges are sited along the wild and scenic Pere Marquette River. All have fireplaces, kitchens, outdoor grills, and decks. All but Log Cabin have a hot tub, pool table, washer and dryer. Lodge has a private swimming pool that is open in the summer. Cozy to grand, the private lodges range from one bedroom to nine and a half bedrooms. Our lodges have no TV's, telephones, or A/C. Guests bring their own groceries or hire local catering. Kitchens are well-equipped. Linens and towels are provided. Activities and amenities include: community swimming pool,  community fire pit,  miles of hiking, biking, and skiing trails,  tennis courts, sand volleyball courts,  canoe, kayak and tube rentals,  children’s playground,  fishing ponds,  wetland preserves,  shuffleboard,  climbing wall,  horseshoes,  and a 1/2 court basketball pad. Main Lodge with adjoining Event Hall can be rented by groups needing a large space to gather, such as reunions, conferences, seminars, catered meetings, yoga retreats, destination weddings, and others. Larger groups rent several lodges in addition to Main Lodge and gather at the Event Hall. Guests can rent Main Lodge without hosting an event. See photos on our website and on our facebook page.
