The multiuse, 6-mile trail encompasses a gravel road (referred to as the multiuse trail on the map) and a single-track trail (referred as the equestrian trail on the map) open to horseback riding, hiking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. The route winds through forested land, open meadows, open brushland, mature hardwoods, small ponds and past Max Lake. Moutain bike riding is not allowed on this trail.
The trailhead is approximately .25 miles beyond the park’s 104th Avenue/Bass River Road entrance.. At the trailhead, there are hitching posts and mounting stairs.
