The Bird House is a private, wooded 5-bedroom, 3-bath vacation home between Harbor Springs and Petoskey that sleeps 11, built for two families, multi-generation trips and ski groups. Nub's Nob is about 7 minutes away, The Highlands 8, Petoskey State Park 7, downtown Harbor Springs 10 and downtown Petoskey 15, so the house is the home base and the days stay simple.
Inside: a fully stocked kitchen with a large island (island and dining table seat 12 together), a living room upstairs and a family room downstairs with a kid zone, game table and dart boards, a dedicated office, blackout curtains in every bedroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, central air, and a 2-car garage with boot racks and jacket hooks for ski days. Outside: a private hot tub, a fire pit with eight Adirondack chairs and stocked firewood, a propane grill, a covered front porch, a back deck, a backyard playset and bird feeders. Pack-n-play, high chair, booster seat and a toddler gate are at the house. Bed linens, bath towels and beach towels included; parking for 8 vehicles and a plowed driveway.
