Seasonal recipes are created by our chef’s ongoing relationship with local farmers and suppliers. Our family takes great pride in providing this high quality beef raised just around the corner on our family farm. The distinctive menu is complimented by a list of artisan cocktails, select wines, and Michigan craft beers. The Blue Wagyu is situated on the picturesque grounds of the beautiful Yankee Springs Golf Course.
