Formerly known as Thompson's Cabins, BoomTown Cabins were purchased in 2015, with compete renovation of Cabin 1 completed on June 1st, 2019, and new Cabin 2 completed on Dec. 1st, 2020.
Cabins 1 and 2 are complete with new appliances, dishes, silverware, coffee, refrigerator, and new knotty pine interior for that rustic flair. All new beds, carpeting, bathroom, kitchen, and plumbing complete the package. Both Cabins are 100% new and spotless! We have City water and Sewer!
Located adjacent to Trail 431, bring your ORV, Side by Side, or Snowmobile and ride from the front door to hundreds of miles of trails. Trail 431 will take you Paradise, Newberry, Curtis, Grand Marias, and connects to Trail 8 and Trail 43...linking you to your favorite destinations like BearTrap/Shingleton and Munising. We are directly across from Mater's Party Store and Gas Station, and Andy's Seney Bar.
Centrally located in the Heart of God's Country and minutes from the following: Seney National Wildlife Refuge, Fox River Trout Fishing, Grand Marais Harbor and the H58 Lake Superior Shoreline Tour of Sable Dunes, Sable Falls, Sable Lake, and Pictured Rocks, Miner's Castle (45 minutes), Tahquamenon Falls (1 hour), Big Springs (Kitch-iti-Kipi) (1 hour), Munising (35 minutes), Newberry (26 minutes).
