Cadillac Winery

Cadillac Winery and tasting room is an inland winery and vineyard 15 miles south of Cadillac. Sitting just south of the winery is their heirloom orchard and their new half Vinefera/ French hybrid vineyard that has a dominant German flavor from their Riesling to their Dornfelder to their Gruner Veltliner. In the rolling hills of dairy country they are producing some very good fruit wines as well as offering semi dry reds.
