The city of Cadillac was originally known as “Clam Lake”. The appropriately named “Clam Lake Beer Company” has a rustic and industrial aesthetic highlighting the history of Cadillac industry. Starting with a blank canvas in a grand historic building, Clam Lake Beer Company was created using a modern perspective of the history of Cadillac.
Clam Lake Beer Co., is an exciting 139-seat tap house /restaurant. The stunning bar and surrounding tables and stools evoke the early industrial feel of Cadillac while the custom metal artwork, lighting, exposed brick and wood flooring are all visual call outs.

Pizza pizza pizza, but this sandwiches sure looked good too!
Great atmosphere, great food wonderful staff! Pizza was wonderful and my husband’s Clam Chowder was the best! Definitely worth a drive and a stop.
