Elkwood Campground

Elkwood Campground is located on 73 acres of rolling woodlands, meadows and wetlands in Northern Michigan's Elk Country. We are near the scenic Pigeon River Country. Plenty of lakes and side by side trails. Day trips to many area attractions, including Mackinaw, Gaylord, sky bridge, wineries, and lots of restaurants to chose from. We offer 98 sites, most are huge pull through sites and some tenting sites. All sites have water and electric (including three 50 amp sites) hookups, many have sewer. A 'honey-wagon' is available as well as a dump station. Enjoy the large pool, recreation room, outdoor game area, pavilion, playground, and nature trails. Hot water and great pressure in the showers, a dog wash and coin laundry! Rental units include a rustic cabin, 29 foot travel trailer, a 41ft luxury 5th wheel with 5 slide outs & a 2 bedroom mobile home. All rent units have electric, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, AC and Heat. The campers and mobile home have a fully stocked kitchen with full bathrooms. Leashed pets are welcome, except in the rental campers. All are welcome from tents to Class A with tow behind toys, we have a site for you!
