Ellison Brewery and Spirits is a a microbrewery and distillery. From time to time we like to release specialty beer that includes our Bourbon Barrel Aged beers. Our spirits are one of a kind created by owner and brewer Aaron Hanson, these recipes have been tested globally and perfected locally.
