The rustic campground is located on Ess Lake and offers plenty of opportunities for enjoying the water, including boating, fishing, and swimming. The campground is home to 27 sites for tent or small trailer use, a beach and picnic area.
The facility includes vault toilets and potable water from well-hand pump. Sites are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No reservations.
The campground is located in Montmorency County, just 16 miles northeast of Atlanta via M-33 and County Road 624.
