Fort Wilkins Trail

The Fort Wilkins Foot Trail is a loop that goes through historic townsite, the fort cemetery, the woods and the lighthouse overlook. Not only does it offer opportunities to see historical landmarks, but it provides scenic views of Lake Fanny Hooe and Lake Superior. There are multiple access points, including the historic site, the campground and other marked starting points (you'll see signage).
