The Frankenmuth Historical Museum is an immersive, hands-on, tengallery museum, detailing the history and evolution of Frankenmuth. In addition to our museum, we also safeguard over 32,000 precious artifacts, offer genealogy research assistance, feature an education department that hosts classes, field trips, and guided tours, and house "The Frankenmuth Trading Post", a historic-style gift shop that offers locally crafted goods. In addition, the Museum also owns and operates the authentic Wolkendsdoerfer Log House, located in Cross Park, and historic Fischer Hall, which offers rental space for weddings, parties, concerts, and local events.
