Family-owned Gilbert Chocolates have established a long tradition, making handmade chocolates in Jackson since 1900. We have two locations in Jackson. Our factory and downtown store is at 233 N Jackson Street, and we are inside the Jackson Crossing Mall, and we still make our candy by hand using the same equipment used by our founder, John O Gilbert.
