Grand Marais Ski Trail

Located within the Pictured Rocks area. Six loop, 10 mile trail system, marked and groomed for novice and intermediate x-country skiers. Trail maps are available. Trails go through rolling terrain, old logging roads and secondary growth. Loops C and D cross a county road used by snowmobiles - listen and watch for approaching snowmobiles before crossing. Pets, winter camping, snowshoeing, walking and skating are not permitted on lakeshore ski trails.
