Grand Traverse Distillery

Grand Traverse Distillery is a farm to bottle distillery. We purchase 100% of our rye, wheat and corn from the Send Brothers Farm which is about 10 miles from our production facility. We distill world class spirits including vodka, gin, whiskey and rum (our only non-Michigan ingredients). Our True North Rye Vodka was selected one of the top 4 vodkas in the world and Ole George 100% Straight Rye Whiskey was picked the best of category for rye whiskey 3 years running at the American Distillers Association.

Our distillery is located at 781 Industrial Circle, Ste 5 in Traverse City and we also have tasting rooms in Frankenmuth, Leland, Mackinaw City and downtown Traverse City.

Our tasting rooms in Leland and Mackinaw City are seasonal, opening in early May and closing at the end of October. Please call 231 947 8635 to confirm hours. The production facility tasting room is open 6 days per week, 11am to 4pm, closed Sundays. The tasting room and cocktail bar located on 215 E Front Street is open 7 days per week.
