Body
The Bright and Glory Lakes Trail is a quarter-mile foot trail (half a mile roundtrip) that leads hikers from the campground to Bright and Glory lakes and is considered suitable for beginners and all ages. Beginning in the modern campground near site 15, this short trail winds through aspen, dense swamp stands of northern white cedar and even a blowdown area resulting from a 1994 tornado. Hikers will travel through forest openings and may encounter some of the bird species that frequent open-range habitats. The trail ends at Bright and Glory lakes, which each feature an accessible fishing pier.
