We use only the freshest ingredients and spend the extra time to make sure that we get every detail just right. Helena immigrated to Michigan from Poland in the late 70s and started honing her cooking skills on her family. In 2014, the rest of Michigan got to partake in her amazing cooking. Wonderful Polish Food!
