Colorful and natural describe James Brandess Studios & Gallery, Inc. This open and airy working artist’s studio, located in the historic Old Post Office Building on Butler Street. in downtown Saugatuck, bursts with Saugatuck flair. Visitors are often greeted by Marley, the large friendly studio dog. Patrons take home original oil painted local landscapes, flowers and portraits. Others come away with vibrant mementos that range in price and size from cards and stickers to reproductions and giclees. Everyone leaves touched by the “Spirit of Place and of Season”.
