Parkview Cottages are located just 1/2 block from the Lake Michigan shoreline and Ludingtons city beach also known as Sterns Park. Not only a few steps from the beach the location is just a short walk to the downtown area, shopping, restaurants, groceries, movies, car ferry, boat launch, marinas, tennis, mini golf, shuffleboard and much more. The Ludington State Park is a short drive up the coast (5 miles) where you will find miles of hiking trails, canoes, paddle boats, rowboats and cross country ski trails in the winter. Built in 1937 and meticulously maintained the cottages feature fieldstone fireplaces and original knotty-pine interiors. On the shady, well landscaped grounds you will find a large deck with gas grills for your use along with outdoor furniture for a picnic or just relaxing. The cottages range in size from a cozy cottage for 2 to sleeping for a family of 5. Each cottage has a full kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils furnished, TV/DVD, microwaves, tile showers, all linens and towels and many personal touches.
