Take a step back in time here at Mati’s Deli. Our retro art deco building is nestled in West Dearborn between Michigan Ave and Monroe Street. We’re open Monday - Friday 10 am - 6pm and on Saturdays from 10 am - 3 pm, so come enjoy an array of classic deli sandwiches made with fresh, local ingredients - including our famous double baked sourdough rye bread!

Great deli
Loved the chicken salad sandwich. This neighborhood deli is well worth a visit. Friendly staff and exceptional food. What’s not to like?

Just alright, not great.
Overpriced for the area (a Ruben here is more expensive that Stage Deli in NYC). There are better options for lunch.

Good food and lots of it. Prices about average for Detroit area delis. My corned bee was fresh and delicious, Thr bread soft and fresh.

My brother, my son and I went to the Henry Ford Museum to see the Star Trek exhibit, as well as the rest of the cool stuff they have. We left a little after noon, so we decided to have a late lunch...

Very big portions! Great sandwich combos!
The place is definitely off the beaten path and not much to look at. But the sandwiches are VERY GOOD and VERY LARGE. Definitely worth the money.
