Mears-Old Baldy Interpretive Trail

The Old Baldy Interpretive Trail is located inside Mears State Park in Pentwater, Michigan along the Lake Michigan Shoreline. The trail is a quick, 1-mile interpretive journey that winds around to the top of Old Baldy. Old Baldy is a well-known sand-blown dune in the area that provides an excellent view of Lake Michigan, Pentwater and the harbor. The hike is relatively easy, providing a perfect trip for families with young children.
