Motor City Youth Theatre (MCYT) was founded in 1990 as the Redford Youth Theatre and has done over fifty major youth productions, including Oliver, Annie, Into the Woods, Alice in Wonderland, The Wizard of Oz, Macbeth, A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Hamlet, performing in local venues, including The Cathedral Theatre in Masonic Temple, Detroit. Motor City Youth Theatre is happy to announce its new partnership with the Dearborn Heights Civic Theatre. DHCT will present the adult production of The Night of the Living Dead at Grantland Street Playhouse this fall. The production will be followed by the MCYT musical A Little Princess, a wonderful story based on the book by Frances Hodgson Burnett. Come and see our beautiful little theatre in Livonia
