Hubbard Lake Coffee Roasters, LLC was established in the spring of 2004. In December 2007, the enterprise was purchased by North Country Candy and Gifts of Alpena, Michigan. Our green coffee beans are carefully selected from their countries of origin by specialty coffee importers and then carefully roasted by hand in small batches on-site. Our goal is to bring the finest, freshest coffees from around the world to Northeast Michigan and beyond.
We also have a full-service espresso bar in-house, offering both dairy and dairy-free milk options as well as over 30 Stirling syrup flavors. Try one of our signature lattes or our prized cold brew the next time you’re in town!

Great Ashby ice cream
